Qualifications:

Customer service experience. Must be enrolled at UW-Madison.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be a self starter who can work independently once trained. Other beneficial skills include experience with both Windows and Mac computer systems, software installation and troubleshooting experience, printer troubleshooting experience, and familiarity with cloud based file sharing tools.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

This is not a programming, coding, or developer position. This position will provide technical assistance to WSB faculty and staff. Triage service requests using our web based ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Perform computer setup and moves including desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, etc. And provide Audio Visual support for classes in Grainger Hall.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
