Schedule:

Based on event schedule. Evening and weekend availability required with flexible scheduling around class schedule.

Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:

Minimum: $17.00 Maximum: $17.00

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to balance academic and job responsibilities
- Availability to work evenings and weekends with varied shift locations
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Must be available to attend department and shift-specific trainings.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Ability to learn new software programs.
- Organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (student employee team, professional staff, event customers).

Position Summary/Job Duties:

- Inventory Maintenance
- Event Staff Payroll
- Assigning Shifts to Event Staff
- Building Student Resource Guides
- Communicate with professional staff regarding any issues, concerns, or suggestions that may arise
- Onboard/Training of Event Staff
- Provide onsite event support/supervision in Rec Well facilities
- Assist with event equipment setup and tear down
- Work with university organizations and departments during events
- Coordinating and running Event Staff Meetings and Make up meetings
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift and move equipment with or without accommodations.
