The Wisconsin Collaboratory for Enhanced Learning (WisCEL) is seeking graduate students to join our team as Program Assistants to assist with coordinating, and delivering active learning instructional services, resources, and on-site instructional support in WisCEL active learning classrooms. WisCEL facilitates innovative teaching and student-centered active learning by providing instructional support, technology, and other learning resources in multi-use learning classrooms on the UW-Madison campus. Both WisCEL Centers (located at College Library and Wendt Commons) feature collaborative layouts, advanced AV, and individual computers for each student. WisCEL courses (more than 40 each semester) use a variety of active and blended learning approaches to teaching. This position will give graduate students interested in becoming future teaching faculty the opportunity to learn more about innovations in teaching and learning, and active and blended instructional approaches in higher education classrooms.
