Position Summary/Job Duties:

We are a warm, professional family seeking a dependable and nurturing nanny to care for our 5-month-old infant for a few hours each weekday morning (Monday-Friday).

Responsibilities include attentive infant care, feeding, diaper changes, age-appropriate play, and maintaining a safe, calm environment. Prior experience with infants is preferred but not required; reliability, patience, and a genuine love for babies are essential.

This role is ideal for a UW–Madison student or caregiver looking for consistent morning hours. Pay is competitive and based on experience, with the opportunity for a long-term, stable arrangement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience caring for infants or young children preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and attentive
  • Comfortable following infant care routines and instructions
  • Strong communication skills
  • CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
  • Non-smoker

Physical Demands

Ability to safely lift and carry an infant, sit or stand for extended periods, and engage in age-appropriate floor play.
