Position Summary/Job Duties:

We are looking for a fun, reliable and caring person who loves being around kids to spend time with our 6 and 9 year old girls this summer! We live on the west side near Owen Conservancy and are a five minute walk from our neighborhood pool where they will do swim team. We love for our kids to spend time playing outside in the summer, going to parks and doing lots of creative and imaginative play.

Must be dog friendly/comfortable with dogs, we have two dogs and a fenced backyard.

We need about 20-22 hours per week, with a few weeks being less when our kids do camp in the afternoon. We will also be going on a week vacation in August and will have occassional days through the summer we don't need care.

Duties:

- Play and have fun!

- Keep kids on task with getting ready for swim team and tennis at the pool (walk up to the pool with them and help them transition between activities)

- Feed kids lunch and snacks

- Light cleaning (load dishwasher, help kids clean up toys)

Qualifications:

- Experience providing child care to elementary age kids

- Non-smoker

- Excellent communication skills

- Reliable and punctual

- Have your own car for occassional transportation of kids - there wouldn't be a ton of driving with the kids
