This position is mainly remote. The locations will vary from Easy and West side of Madison. |
Anticipated Hours Per Week:

Up to 18.5 hours/week during the school year, 40 hours/week in the summer, roughly Memorial Day-Labor Day.

Schedule:

Flexible hours weekdays between 7:30am-9pm, some weekend hours. |
Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:

$15.00 per hour |

Qualifications:
|
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Knowledge, education and/or passion for fine arts
- Must have previous supervisory experience and proven reliability and dependability.
- Must be CPR/AED and First aid certified or willing to be certified before summer programs begin.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
|
- Ideal candidate will have a background in education, youth programming or recreation program coordination, as well as college education in a related field.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational, communication and computer skills, including proficiency in: Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Publisher & Excel.
|
Position Summary/Job Duties:
|
Assist the MSCR Youth Arts & Enrichment Specialist in supporting and coordinating arts & enrichment classes, programs, day camps and special events for youth and families. Primary duties include supervising and evaluating part-time staff, managing supplies, customer service, program marketing and general program support.
