Department Overview:

Welcome to the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education (UW CIPE). UW CIPE is a University Center established in 2016 and being supported by the University Health Sciences Leadership Council (the UW Provost Office, and the Deans of the four health sciences schools – School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH), School of Nursing, School of Pharmacy and School of Veterinary Medicine). Our Mission is to work collaboratively locally, nationally and globally to champion, integrate, and advance Interprofessional Practice and Education (IPE) to achieve the Quintuple Aim: better population health, better patient care, better value, better provider work experience, and better health equity.

Flexible with schedule, but Tuesday and Thursday early evening hours intermittently throughout spring semester,

Qualifications:

Undergraduate or graduate student available for spring semester
Possess a strong understanding of google suite

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong, effective communication skills both verbally and written
Understanding of the use if Ipads for recording videos
Collaborative approach to working within the team

Position Summary/Job Duties:

General clerical support to principal investigator and project coordinator
Tech lead on T and Thursday evenings 4:30-6:30PM (end of Jan-mid Feb) and again two weeks in March
Additional scheduling assistance for Healthy Aging Initiative programming and UW CIPE prn
Transitioning PowerPoint presentations into google slides, checking for accessibility issues using grackle, and making edits.
Updating the variety of guides for each HAI course (student, facilitator, SP, DCS, etc.)
Assisting with the layout of Canvas courses as needed
Support for recruitment of courses
Support for recording 4 videos
