We will work this out with you. We will need you to work on site sometimes, but anticipate a lot of the work can be done remotely and on your own time.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Strong organizational and customer service skills
2. Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
3. Ability to work independently, complete tasks on time, and manage small projects
4. Initiative to communicate with supervisors and staff regarding work-related questions
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Good command of Office based applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Position Summary/Job Duties:

1. Organizing events - booking rooms, organizing catering, creating and managing invitations, working with various groups.
2. Helping with Hub-related activities as needed.

Physical Demands:

Sitting and some standing. Lifting and moving items.
