Qualifications:

Must be a law student. Interest in constitutional law and religion & law preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Good graphic design skills (you'll be making slides for use in class) and ability to research and locate historical and sociological materials related to religion and the Constitution in the United States.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Working with Professor to create A/V materials to use in class to bring to life the conceptual issues involved in the Religion and Free Exercise Clause cases in her "Religion and the Constitution" course for Spring 2026. Mostly this will mean finding visuals of the key issues litigated in these cases (e.g. photo of nativity scene or 10 commandments on state property). Some of these will be directed by the professor, but there is also room for the student to get creative and suggest their own ideas for use in class.

none beyond use of computer and occasional in-person meetings in my office.
