Department Overview:

The Medical Education Office provides education for 175 new medical students each year and supports the continuing Medical Students through the three phases of their medical education.

Minimum: 10 Maximum: 12

Schedule:

Flexibility per semester and can be determined with supervisor
M-F; 7:30am - 4:45pm

Remote work eligibility: This position will be on-site, but some tasks could potentially be fulfilled remotely.

Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:

Minimum: $17.00

Qualifications:

Required:
• Undergraduate student enrolled at UW-Madison
• Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, students can work over school breaks but that is optional

Preferred:
• Experience working in and office or administrative setting
• Experience working with programs like Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
