This position will provide technical assistance to WSB faculty and staff. Triage service requests using our web based ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Perform computer setup and moves including desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, etc. And provide Audio Visual support for classes in Grainger Hall. This is not a programming, coding, or developer position.
