Qualifications:

-Currently enrolled as a student at UW–Madison
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Interest in medical, imaging, or research fields is a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
-Data entry, typing, and experience with Microsoft Word/Excel is a plus

Position Summary/Job Duties:

-General administrative support
-Data entry and database maintenance
-Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
-Additional duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
