Qualifications: |
- First Aid, CPR, AED certification or ability to attain it within first week of employment - Event management experience preferred - Communication, leadership and organizational skills - Ability to balance academic and job responsibilities - Must be able to attend department-wide and program specific trainings - Proficiency in e-mail client and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Access) required |

Position Summary/Job Duties: |
This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of assigned sport clubs through collaboration with club leaders, facility operations, and risk management. The role involves providing consistent mentorship and guidance by conducting monthly meetings and maintaining regular follow-up with clubs. Oversight includes key administrative responsibilities such as collecting waivers, managing team rosters and equipment inventory, updating websites, compiling annual reports and budgets, and supporting fundraising and community service initiatives. Additionally, this position helps clubs navigate and utilize the Do Sports Easy platform. |
