Front of House Scheduling

9-5 is a Dolly Parton song, not a job at Ian's Pizza! Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening time, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing time. Most folks work a mix of shifts (open, mids, dinner, closing).

Our restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends! If you are applying for our State Street or Frances Street locations, availability for at least 1 weekend shift and 1 late night shift (10pm-4am) is required. If you are applying for our Garver location, availability for at least 1 weekend shift is required.

Part-time (anything less than 30 hours a week) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) hours are available. Work-life balance is important to us, so our flexible scheduling allows you to work around your other commitments.

Front of House Job Duties and Requirements

You're biggest priority is to serve customers! You'll take salad orders and prepare them; take slice orders and finish the bake; and ring people up at the register. Cleaning, keeping things stocked, answering phones, and entering orders is also a big part of the FOH. You will be busy the whole shift, and your teammates will be there to help!

We are currently hiring at the following Madison locations: State St and Garver (seasonal summer only). 

Requirements of the job...

• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Be able to bend, crouch, and lift to 20-50 lbs.
• Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
• English language proficiency is required for this position.
• Must be 18+ to apply at State St, and 16+ for Garver.
