Position Summary/Job Duties:

Join our dynamic aquatic team and become a part of something truly special. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to inspire and guide individuals of all ages on their aquatic journey. If you have a deep understanding of swimming techniques, a commitment to safety, and a desire to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Instructing Swim Lessons: Lead engaging and effective swim lessons for beginners through advanced swimmers.
  2. Promoting Water Safety: Foster a culture of water safety by incorporating essential life-saving skills into lessons.
  3. Building Relationships: Establish strong rapport with students and parents, creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
  4. Adapting Instruction: Tailor lessons to accommodate various skill levels, ensuring each swimmer reaches their full potential.
  5. Maintaining a Positive Environment: Inspire a love for swimming by creating a fun, positive, and inclusive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

 CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Certification preferred, but will train

 Excellent Communication Skills

Ability to Work with Diverse Age Groups

Flexibility and Adaptability
