Since 2009, Achieving Collaborative Treatment (ACT) has been serving children and young adults on the autism spectrum in South Central Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide top-tier behavior analytic services to autistic individuals and their families. We work collaboratively with families and schools to design and implement an individualized age-appropriate treatment plan for each client.

Shifts available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm as well as weekend. Schedules are very flexible and range from 6-25 hours a week based on your schedule and the desired number of hours you want to work. We can work around your class schedule.

You will work 1:1 with clients in their home or community setting. Sessions usually run 2-3 hours long. You will introduce and run therapy programs which will be developed for you. No experience needed as we offer paid training. If you enjoy working with kids and want to make a difference in the world - this is the job for you!

• Excellent communication skills, compassionate, patient and enjoy working with children and young adults
• Must reside in the Dane County or immediate surrounding area and have access to a vehicle or reliable tranportation
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma
• Prefer candidates who can work with us for at least one year
