Position: Property/Shop Assistant

The ideal candidate for the Property/Shop Assistant position should possess a solid foundation in building and grounds maintenance along with 5 years experience. Flexibility and a desire for organization are essential attributes for this role.
Key responsibilities encompass basic upkeep of fleet of trucks, heavy equipment and small engine repairs, maintaining inventory and organization of shop tools, stocking materials, site maintenance including lawn care, and ensuring cleanliness. Collaborating closely with ownership to facilitate seamless operations and extending support to the team are integral aspects of the role.
