Position Summary/Job Duties:

Temporary part-time childcare needed in the Dugeon Monroe neighborhood of Madison. Time of day somewhat flexible, but we need around 6-8 hours/day on the following thirteen days: June 24-28, July 1-3, and July 8-12.

This would be taking care of our 3-year old daughter, ideally taking her to playgrounds, the zoo, and doing other fun summertime activities like water play, chalk, crafts, etc. We'd love to have someone experienced with this age group who is warm, energetic, and playful. She does not nap so there wouldn't be much downtime. She is potty trained and loves imaginative play, soccer, painting, being read to, and playing games. Both parents would be working either from the home or from a nearby relative's home or business.

A car is not required as there is a fair amount to do that is walkable. There is the potential to add on some weekend evening hours as well for the same 3-year old as well as our 6-year old daughter (who will be in camp the other days).

Pay is $16-22/hour depending on experience. We will set up zoom interviews with appropriate candidates.

Qualifications:

CPR trained/certified, references from other families that you've babysat/nannied for. Early education or theater/arts education experience/coursework a plus but not required. Open to the right candidate bringing their own child(ren) along if helpful.
