Sunshine Brewing Company is seeking a talented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! As a Prep Cook, you'll play a crucial role in working with other kitchen staff members in preparing high-quality ingredients and ensuring seamless kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely food preparation.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a prep cook or kitchen assistant preferred, but not required.
• Passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
