We work in partnership with parents to enhance the care-giving capacity of families and the Dane County community. Our programs offer case management, respite care, financial assistance, information and advocacy through services that are individualized, flexible, and designed to respond to family needs and preferences.

Currently seeking respite providers for flexible part-time hours. Looking for a male provider to support a teen on the near-east side of Madison. Work in the home and/or out in the community. Some activities include playing video games, going to the YMCA and playing basketball, hiking around Madison's parks, and/or watching movies. This position is a great opportunity for an individual seeking a career in education, health care, or social work. If you have been wanting to make a difference, this job is for you. 

1. Be positive, compassionate, flexible, and responsible
2. Experience working with individuals with Autism, developmental disabilities, and/or mental health disorders prefered or a willingness to learn.
3. Must be 18 or over and pass a thorough Caregiver Background Check
4. Access to reliable transporation would be helpful but not necessay if willing to access public transportation
