Position Summary/Job Duties:
About this position: This position is an hourly, in-person position. Must be able to complete shifts every Friday from 3:45pm- 6:15pm and the second Saturday of every month from 9:45am- 12:15pm. Additional hours may be available depending on the childcare needs of Rainbow Project clients throughout the week. This position reports to the Volunteer Coordinator and works in partnership with the Administrative Coordination Team as well as clinical staff to deliver childcare support to Rainbow Project clients.

Experience engaging with individuals and children from diverse racial, ethnic, gender, language, and developmental backgrounds
Preference will be given to applicants with a background in psychology, social work, early childhood, or a similar field
Physical Demands
Must be able to sit, stand, and crouch for periods of time to interact with small children. May need to hold small children (under the age of 2) for periods of time.
