JOB TITLE : Part-Time Recruiter
IMMEDIATE MANAGER: Human Resources Manager
AIM OF THE JOB
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the Recruiter manages and coordinates the full recruitment life-cycle recruitment of caregivers including developing recruiting strategies, candidate sourcing, screening, assessments, interviewing, background checks, selection, negotiation, managing onboarding process, and closing of candidates.
MAIN ASSIGNMENTS
Identify and source potential candidates through networking, referrals, job fairs, publications, professional associations, internet, etc.
Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Maintain an understanding and knowledge of staffing, recruitment and retention initiatives for the office/region and proactively seek and implement new, creative recruitment tactics to attract qualified candidates.
Collaborating with managers to compile a consistent list of staffing requirements.
Keep up to date on local trends and how to stay competitive in the local community. This may include benchmarking competitor pay ranges and benefits packages
Promote Comfort Keepers reputation and attractiveness as an employer of choice while driving the company culture of “Elevating the Human Spirit.”
Keep up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Initiate hiring process for Comfort Keepers including processing applications, background screening, assessments, interviewing, and reference checks; make hiring recommendations.
Assist with the onboarding of new caregivers to include completion of new hire paperwork.
Provide recruitment reports to Human Resources Manager
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Position and Physical Demands:
Walking, sitting, and standing with lifting limited to files and records typically not expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight; extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
