Position Summary/Job Duties:

Our family is looking to hire a reliable and engaging summer nanny, from mid-June through late-August for our 9 year old son and 12 year old daughter.  Their summer days are primarily spent at the nearby pool we belong to (Parkcrest Pool). They're involved in swim team, dive team, and other swim and dive lessons most of the morning, and often go to open swim in the afternoons. Our 12 year old has some independence, biking to the pool on her own sometimes.

Help kids get ready to go to the pool

Drive them to and from the pool

Provide supervision while at pool activities

          Help make lunch

Provide supervision for various activities at home, such as the kids doing their chores and reading, and other fun free time activities

Take the kids on occasional other fun outings away from home

Drive to nearby gymnastics practice 1 day per week

Possibly driving to dive meets within Madison

Light household work such as dishes and cleaning up kitchen after meals, and making sure kids clean up after their activities

You would need your own car to transport our kids, with a clean driving record.

Qualifications:

Previous childcare experience.

Own a reliable car and have a drivers license and clean driving record. We will reimburse for gas and mileage at the standard rate.

CPR/first aid is a plus.
