Pizza Brutta Is Now Hiring All Positions

Pizza Brutta, a wood-fired pizzeria is recruiting motivated food service professionals who want to learn the art and craft of making authentic pizzas in a wood oven.

Cooks and Pizzaiolo In Training: 

In this hourly position we train people to open pizza dough, top pizzas and ultimately master the art of running a wood fired oven. Pizza-makers will be required to make salads and share preparation and closing duties. Pizza-makers are also eligible to apply for manager positions once they have made their way through our training program.

Cashiers and Runners: 

Our front of the house cashiers and runners are knowledgeable in all areas of the front of the house and are passionate about wood-fired pizza, local ingredients, beer and wine.  They are also in charge of all transactions, customer interaction and serving the pizzas to our customers. The right candidates are outgoing, friendly, high energy and can stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
