  • Must be available to work all UW-Madison Football games.
  • AM and PM shifts during the week are available.
  • Event driven scheduling.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees and coordinates the arrival and dispersal of inventory. Anticipated start date May 1st. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Supervise associates who receive and put away inventory. 
  • Ensure that stocks and supplies are adequate and are stored in a manner that preserves their quality. 
  • Ensure that FIFO system is used to minimize waste. 
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse storage areas. 
  • Communicate with management and make recommendations regarding non-usable, slow-moving and excess stock. 
  • Resolve discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records. 
  • Assists vendors in gaining access to deliver (open gates, storerooms) and supervise while area is unsecure. 
  • Manage the distribution of inventory during events. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs. 
  • Must be able to stand/walk for long hours. 
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must be willing to complete ServSafe Alcohol Safety Certification.  
  • Must be fluent in English. 
  • Must have at least 1 year of prior leadership experience 
  • Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Background Check 
  • Must be able to work all UW-Madison Football games and a majority of events at the Kohl Center Arena.
