Position Overview

As a Guest Experience Associate, you are the heart of Saunaday's hospitality. You create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, guiding them through their bathhouse journey with expertise, care, and enthusiasm. From check-in to post-sauna bliss, you ensure each visitor feels supported and inspired to fully embrace the Saunaday experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warm Welcome & Guest Engagement: Greet guests with warmth and authenticity, providing a seamless check-in experience and setting the tone for relaxation.
  • Guided Experience: Educate guests on sauna etiquette, hydrotherapy benefits, and house policies to enhance their experience.
  • Service & Support: Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations to elevate their visit.
  • Operations & Cleanliness: Maintain the pristine ambiance of the space by assisting with light cleaning, towel & backbar restocking, and ensuring all areas meet Saunaday’s high aesthetic and hygiene standards.
  • Retail & Beverage Service: Assist guests with retail selections, hydration offerings, and other wellness-focused amenities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and management to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

  • A natural host with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining a serene and well-kept space.
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage with guests and team members alike.
  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or wellness-related fields is a plus, but we prioritize attitude and enthusiasm over background.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends is preferred.
