Catalyst is a personal care agency licensed by the State of Wisconsin. It specializes in services to children, particularly those with significant disabilities. Services are provided in and around Dane County.

It is Catalyst's mission to serve as a partner with parents as they raise their children with disabilities in the family home.

Schedules are determined by families and caregivers. In general care is needed during after school hours and at least one day on the weekend. During school breaks and summer, hours needed may differ.

Young child who lives with his very loving parents and older sister in Middleton needs care in the family home. Applicant must be prepared to provide 15 hours/week of care including at least one day on the weekend. This is not a short term position. Families need stable and consistent care, not just hours that will count on your own resume for your future profession application. Expect to work with the family during school break and through the summer of 2026.
