Department Overview:
We are more than our name! Since 1956 UCP has been a recognized and trusted organization offering valuable services for families, children and adults with varying disabilities and delays living throughout south central Wisconsin. (Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Grant, Green Lake, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Richland, Rock and Sauk Counties.) We support individuals with autism, epilepsy, Down syndrome, traumatic brain injury, delays in speech, mobility and development, etc.

Potential for other days or longer hours but Wed and Fri 8-12 is priority

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Join United Cerebral Palsy to make a positive impact on a child with disability. We are looking to hire a new Inclusion Facilitator who can commute to the DEFOREST area to provide support to student in a childcare center from 8am-12pm on Wednesdays and Fridays
Reliable transportation is required for this role.
Must be willing to play, get creative, and empower others!
