Position Summary/Job Duties:
Perform tasks as assigned or required
Grounds work, snow removal, furniture moving, weed control, mowing/trimming, etc...
General janitorial/maintenance work
Perform assigned tasks during lease turnover
Assist in walks of the property interior and exterior and keeping the properties looking great
Work with a great team to provide the best living experience you are able for our residents.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently.
A valid driver's license.
Physical abilities include lifting/moving, bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
Previous experience in snow removal, maintenance, painting, or grounds, preferred but willing to train.
Maintaining a professional and positive attitude with residents.
