Position Summary/Job Duties:
What you will do:
Work with individuals and families in the home and various community settings, providing support, education, advocacy, and therapeutic interventions.
Work with a supportive team, as well as independently in order to provide unique and tailored interventions that make immediate meaningful change.
Very flexible schedule to best serve people in need.
Documentation needs include client contact notes, case management documentation, collateral consults, assessments, treatment plans and discharge summaries.
Qualifications:
Required:
Education: Majoring and course work in a Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Related fields.
Six months prior experience working with individuals with mental health related issues, at any capacity.
Willingness and comfort working in a variety of settings and activities.
Has a basic knowledge of case documentation.
Preferred, but not required:
Crisis management experience.
Community/in-home work experience.
Experience working with diverse populations of people.
