There is a lot of freedom and flexibility in terms of scheduling - the student works at a time which works for them. 

The Associate will contribute to YearOne's visibility on campus and generate qualified leads for our services. Associates are motivated, manage their own schedules, and are compensated based on results, much like running their own business. The role typically requires no more than a few hours per week, making it well-suited for students seeking flexible work with performance-based compensation.

Associates also gain exposure to marketing fundamentals and real-world business operations. This experience translates well to roles in consulting, marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship.

Potential Earnings: The average compensation is from $24 to $30 per hour for new hires. Our top performers can earn up to an impressive $60+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student (freshman encouraged to apply!)
