Schedule: | We have a lot of flexibility to offer our Team Members with shifts most weeknights and both day and night shifts available on the weekends.
Shift times may vary slightly but typically include:
Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-12:00 PM and 5:00 PM-10:00 PM
Saturday-Sunday: 7:00 AM-12:00 PM and 5:00 PM-10:00 PM

Position Summary/Job Duties: | Bistro525 is currently hiring energetic, friendly, and CAREing servers to join our team for the spring semester and into summer. Our location on the UW-Madison campus has provided us with years of experience working with students, understanding their schedules, and curating a flexible working environment that allows for studying and activities all while working a few shifts per week.
Currently, we have shifts available Sunday through Saturday, both in the morning and evening. Ideal candidates will be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including some weekend availability. Applicants who are interested in working through the summer are strongly encouraged to apply.
New team members are provided a minimum of 5 paid training shifts each of which include a complimentary shift meal. These meals help our newest server to learn and better understand our menus.

What is expected of our Bistro525 Servers:
- Provide genuine and accommodating service to all guests.
- Gain a strong knowledge of our food menu, alcohol selection, and Starbucks® beverages to be able to suggestively sell to Guests.
- Offer menu suggestions, answer guest dietary questions, and take food/drink orders.
- Prepare for and deliver room service orders to guest rooms in a friendly and timely manner.
- Work as a team with staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction and a harmonious working environment.
