Role Information

Title: Social Media Coordinator (Intern)

Pay: $15/hour | 5hrs* per week (opportunity to expand hours during summer '26)

Location: Fully remote (optional in-person opportunities if located in Madison, WI)

Reports to: Vice President, Operations

Role Description

Rewired Dynamics is seeking a Social Media Coordinator (Intern) for a part-time, remote position. The selected candidate will support the development and execution of social media strategies across various digital platforms. Responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, managing posts and campaigns, monitoring engagement analytics, and assisting in the implementation of digital marketing initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate closely with the Vice President, Operations to enhance the company's online presence and foster brand growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media engagement metrics
• Adaptability and creativity in content creation
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with tools such as social media schedulers, graphic design software, or analytics platforms is a plus (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc)
• Enthusiasm for personal growth and alignment with Rewired Dynamics' mission and values

Bonus

• Student or recent graduate in marketing communications, design, education, or related field.
