Position Summary/Job Duties:

FIRMA is a premium, producer-owned olive oil brand offering organic products. We operate at farmers markets, connecting directly with customers through education and face-to-face sales.
This is a sales-driven role, not a passive booth position. Market Ambassadors are responsible for engaging customers, sharing the brand story, driving sales, and managing the booth’s setup and presentation.

Qualifications:
  • Must have reliable access to a car (fuel reimbursed)
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and driving sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Available to commit to Saturday shifts (May–October)
  • Preferred: Experience in sales, retail, or hospitality; Interested in food, health, or premium products
