We are seeking a responsible, energetic, and engaging babysitter/nanny to care for our sweet 2-year-old daughter during specific weeks this summer. This is an ideal role for a student looking for concentrated, full-time hours during select weeks in July and August. The weeks we know we need help right now are listed below, however we are still developing our schedule and there may be additional weeks in there or days that we ask for help! Also, this position would set you up for occasional babysitting days/nights in the future when we need help. 

Position Type: Local Off-Campus / Part-Time (Short-Term Seasonal)
Location: Madison/Fitchburg, WI
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 4 or 5:00 PM for the following specific weeks that are known right now:

• Week 1: July 14 – July 17 (Tuesday – Friday only)
• Week 2: July 20 – July 24 (Monday – Friday)
• Week 3: August 10 – August 14 (Monday – Friday)
• Week 4: August 17 – August 21 (Monday – Friday)

The primary focus is keeping our toddler safe, active, and entertained. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular naptime and snack routines. Feed lunch that will usually be prepared ahead of time if needed. 
• Engage in age-appropriate play, crafts, reading, and learning activities.
• Supervise outdoor playtime or walks in the neighborhood.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience caring for toddlers (approx. 2 years old).
• Reliable transportation to and from our home.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Must be non-smoking.
