Position Summary/Job Duties:

We’re looking for a seasonal Creative Install & Delivery Assistant to help prepare, deliver, install, and strike custom displays, photo ops, event pieces, and branded environments.

This is a hands-on, active role for someone who enjoys variety, creative projects, and working as part of a team. Work may include loading and unloading vehicles, assembling and placing display pieces on-site, helping with shop prep, organizing install supplies, and carefully handling finished work.

The right person is reliable, positive, professional, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This role may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel depending on the project schedule.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Loading and unloading trucks, vans, and trailers
  • Assisting with deliveries, installs, and event strikes
  • Handling finished displays and custom-built pieces carefully
  • Helping assemble and place scenic elements on-site
  • Supporting shop prep before installs
  • Keeping tools, hardware, and install supplies organized
  • Communicating clearly with team members during install days
  • Representing the company professionally around clients, venues, and vendors

Helpful experience includes theater tech, events, art, design, fabrication, construction, AV, moving, delivery, or other hands-on work, but we’re most interested in finding someone dependable, upbeat, practical, and excited to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Comfortable driving larger vehicles 

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects safely

  • Strong problem-solving skills and client-friendly attitude

  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

Physical Demands

Lifting/moving up to 50 lbs regularly. Standing, bending, and moving in varied environments
