Compassion Caregivers, LLC is a Medicaid-certified personal care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, reliable, and quality in-home care to elderly and disabled individuals throughout the community. We support our clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life by providing assistance with daily living needs in the comfort of their own homes.

• Part-time and flexible scheduling opportunities available
• We work with your availability to find a client match that works best for you
• Opportunities may include weekday, evening, and/or weekend shifts depending on client needs
• Additional hours may become available based on client needs and caregiver availability

We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers (Personal Care Workers) to join our team. We work with each caregiver individually to help match them with a client whose location, schedule availability, and care needs align with their preferences and experience.

Whether you are a student looking for hands-on healthcare experience, a caregiver with previous experience, or someone interested in making a meaningful impact in the lives of others — we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• Caring, patient, and dependable
• Strong desire to help and support others
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must have a personal cell phone for communication and Sandata (Electronic Visit Verification) purposes
• Ability to follow care instructions and work independently
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required — training is provided
• Nursing, Medical, CNA, PT/OT students, and healthcare students are encouraged to apply
