Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the after-school program; ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and projects
• Manage behaviors to promote positive play and resolve conflicts effectively
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including first aid procedures and childcare regulations
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and daily communication with parents/guardians.

Mondays through Fridays 2:45pm to 5:30pm

Flip & Dip is looking for a lead after school counselor to run our state-liscnesed program! We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and and caring individual to join our team and make an impact. 

This is a great opportunity for hands-on experience for those pursuing a career path in education, specifically early education! We provide a welcoming and fun enviroment for campers with activities, crafts, and games!

• Classroom/behavioral management experience 
• Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, early childhood education programs, and camp settings.
• Prior leadership experience in youth programs or camp environments is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills
