Position Summary/Job Duties:
As a Pet Host, you are the first impression for the resort. The principal duties are to handle check-in/out for our furry guests in both daycare and boarding. Help pet parents make follow-up reservations including activity packages, daycare and resort amenity services. Conduct resort tours for perspective clients. Greet all guests and clients and handle any general inquiries about the resort.
