UCP works with families with who are caring for children or adults with disabilities. We offer respite workers to provide high quality support to give family members a much needed break.

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Are you looking for a flexible part time work schedule? Do you want to help others? Look no further than UCP! At UCP, respite providers support children, teenagers, and adults who have developmental disabilities. Providers offer quality care while giving full time caregivers a break from caring for their loved ones. This work will most commonly be done in the client's home or out in the community!
Responsibilities can include (these will vary depending on the client):
General supervision of the client
Preparing meals, helping the client eat, or going out to eat
Dressing
Personal cares (helping with personal hygiene)
Being a positive mentor
Offering behavioral support
Entertaining the client
The schedule for this position is very flexible. You will be matched with a client based on your schedule! You are welcome to work as little as 2 hours a week up to 25!
