Position Summary/Job Duties:
The Badger Fund of Funds is seeking a UW student to assist with its mergers and acquisitions (M&A) database. The database is designed to organize and track information from M&A processes involving Badger Fund portfolio companies.
Responsibilities
Enter and organize information from completed and ongoing M&A processes into the Badger Fund's M&A database.
Assist with research and data collection related to M&A transaction
Complete other related research or database projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Current full time University of Wisconsin student.
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 on a PC
Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
Available to work approximately three hours per week in person at the Badger Fund of Funds office. Between 9am and 3 pm
Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
