Department Overview:

 Prepping for evening classes, running rosters, setting up the physical space, assisting with technology when needed, welcoming students, prepping materials, and refreshing carts.

Depending on the hours, duration in the department and degree of interest, they may also answer the department phone/email, learn some database management, data tracking, create materials, assist with our specialty groups or outreach.

The work is mainly administrative assistance in support of perinatal education for the largest birthing hospital in WI. There are some physical aspects related to set up and reset of the classroom spaces and interactions with our community of students and team of instructors. Comfort with technology is a plus. A friendly and positive demeanor in all interactions is a must!

 Monday - Friday mainly between 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm; sometimes 10:30 am - 3:30 pm if needed/available.
