Department Overview:
The Informatics Team supports University Health Services (UHS) by managing the Electronic Medical Record and other department-level information technology support. UHS offers high quality medical, mental health, prevention, and wellness services to enrolled UW-Madison students

Schedule:
10-20 hours per week, possibility of increased hours during semester break and summer. Flexible hours within core UHS office hours 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications:
Must be current UW-Madison student.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to communicate and interact professionally with different audiences in a friendly and helpful manner Ability to consistently maintain a high level of attention to detail Interest in healthcare administration and/or information system management Demonstrates a commitment to fostering the values of diversity and inclusion
Position Summary/Job Duties:
This position supports the administrative functions of the University Health Services (UHS) informatics team. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Tier one support for UHS Informatics web help desk Build Electronic Medical Record accounts for new staff, deactivate departing staff Assist with phone line management for new lines, office moves Other administrative tasks and duties as assigned

Sitting and some standing. Lifting and moving items.
