Department Overview:
The School of Pharmacy Business Services Office provides administrative support for the school’s faculty, staff and students relating to the educational, research and public service mission of the school. Located in Rennebohm Hall (777 Highland Ave) near the UW Hospital and Picnic Point. Route 80, along with other buses, stop in front of the building.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, is required

Customer Service, Data Entry
Position Summary/Job Duties:
- Act as Travel Alternate, and process travel reimbursements - Assist with low dollar purchasing, MDS purchases, and departmental purchasing card - Data entry into Excel spreadsheets, Access, PAT and other campus systems - Pull reporting information as requested by the Accountant and Financial Specialist - Assist in financial electronic filing and data management - Miscellaneous office support
