Department Overview:
The Administrative Transformation Program (ATP) is transforming the finance, human resources and research administration support environment across the UW System, including the selection and implementation of a new enterprise resources planning system (Workday) and the Huron Research Suite to support the changes. The activities will include the review and redesign of business processes, redesign of the chart of accounts, and integration of efforts with several ongoing University and UW System projects. The University of Wisconsin System is embarking on the ATP to redesign its human resources and financial systems and services, while focusing on people, processes, and technology.

Qualifications:
All applicants must be current students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Speak fluent English, basic computer skills, phone skills, proactive, detail oriented, organized.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Greet staff, contractors, consultants, and visitors. Take phone calls and messages. Assist with Operations team projects and tasks.
