Department Overview:
The Office of Human Resources (OHR) provides faculty and staff comprehensive personnel, training and employment relations services. The Learning and Talent Development team within OHR develops and delivers online and classroom professional development courses that support campus-wide needs such as leadership development, employee engagement and employee wellness.

Flexible, starting in mid-May

This position spans multiple semesters. Many students have worked with us through graduation.

Schedule:
Flexible schedule of 8 - 12 hours per week, with more hours available over the summer. Work occurs between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

You must be enrolled as an undergraduate student to quality for this position.

Position Summary/Job Duties:
This position provides administrative support for multiple programs of the Learning and Talent Development team under the guidance of Program Leads. Activities will vary week to week, and may include: Data Entry Assisting staff with various administrative projects Assisting with webinar and in-person event preparation and planning Updating Databases Providing professional email correspondence Making Copies Assisting with Newsletter Creation Assisting with Scheduling Maintaining Learning Spaces Other

Ability to sit for long periods of time
