Department Overview:
Department of Neurological Surgery is dedicated to providing the very best clinical neurosurgical care for the many disorders of the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nervous system, as well as the blood vessels which support them.

Schedule:
15 hours per week during the school year and an estimated 15-20 hours per week during summer. Note - must be able to work part-time during the summer of 2025. Hours are flexible and can be discussed with supervisor.

Excellent oral & written communication skills, organized with ability to prioritize, motivated to look for efficiencies and streamline processes, works productively as team member and independently.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Position responsibilities require excellent administrative, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills. The person in this position must present a positive attitude in all interactions and communicate effectively with faculty, staff, the general public, and School and University Leadership, utilizing discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. This position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to exercise initiative and independent judgement.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Primary responsibilities: submitting employee travel reimbursements, managing expenses and reimbursements, finance reporting, generating process documents, general office duties.
