Schedule:
Pre-Program Training/Onboarding: June 11-13, 2025; 9 am to 5 pm The following hours/timeframes are flexible but are built to capture Arrival Days and the remaining full program experience: June 15, 22, 29, July 20: 12pm to 8pm June 16, 2025 - August 1, 2025; mostly Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm; however schedule will be flexible to allow for evening and weekend hours

Qualifications:
Ideal candidate would be a current marketing/communications (or similar) major or someone who has successfully completed a degree in such fields. Portfolio or examples of prior social media/communications work required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Experience in social media content creation and communications. Proficiency in Canva (preferred). Strong photography and videography skills. Driven to be assigned tasks and complete them by given deadlines. Motivated and self-starter mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Position Responsibilities: Capture high-quality video and photo content during program activities, showcasing the excitement and energy of our programs. Create engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Assist in writing and designing weekly newsletters. Develop video highlight reels that capture the memorable moments of the summer. Collaborate with the communications team to plan and execute social media campaigns throughout the year. Travel to various parts of the campus/buildings to capture content. Incorporate content provided by instructors, residential assistants, and other program staff. Ensure all content aligns with Badger Precollege’s mission and branding guidelines.
