5 hours per day, 4 days a week, could be flexible

The desired start date of this position is May 2025; however, it can be flexible depending on the candidate. The position has a one-year appointment with the opportunity to extend (depending on performance) through AY26-27. This is an on-campus, in-person position.

Qualifications:

- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program for Fall 2025
- Must satisfy a criminal background check
- Successfully complete I-9 verification
- At least one year of relevant work experience. Relevant experience may include student employment.
- Comfortable with MS Office suite
- Speak fluent English, verbal communication, and phone skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable work ethic
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work independently while demonstrating good judgment in asking questions
- Respect confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Position Summary/Job Duties:

This position provides administrative support to researchers working in the Clinical Core of the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC). The successful candidate will be responsible for sending and tracking reminder letters and questionnaires, reminder phone calls to participants, prepping/sending condolence and appreciation cards, assisting with data entry and query monitoring, assisting ADRC coordinators with visit related preparation and follow up, training new student employees, performing quality checks of data entry, and other tasks in support of the program and staff.
