Schedule:
10-15 hours per week, preferably Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. Fridays are also a possibility. Schedule is flexible to accommodate student's needs (e.g., class schedule, exams, breaks) but needs to be consistent as much as possible.

Qualifications:
Preferably experience in supporting administrative offices. Will accept experience in non-administrative positions if tasks required levels of knowledge and skills as outlined in this position posting.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Excellent verbal and email communication - Independently manage tasks and time - Takes initiative to see issues and problem solve - Know Word and Excel (basic to intermediate user level) - Adobe Acrobat or other graphic software experience but not required
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Office Moves - transporting computer hardware, work and personal belongings Office Prepping - cleaning, supplies, door signs Construction Projects - labeling of furniture and computer hardware, packing boxes, posting documentation Mail - sorting, delivery, maintaining distribution and reference materials Inventory - stocking supplies, managing stock levels, organizing supply cabinets Common Spaces - cleaning and stocking of mail areas, conference rooms Support Administrative Staff - some online work, helping staff with projects (low level of work)
Physical Demands:
Able to lift 15-20 pounds Able to be on feet for several hours at a time
